After you start a video, its task status explains what to do next. A page refresh or a delayed response does not by itself mean the task failed. Genjutsu Lite keeps uncertain submissions under review rather than automatically submitting the same request again.

Processing and audio finishing

A processing task has been submitted and is waiting for a result or is being worked on. Some results also need an audio finishing step before the completed video is available. Keep the original task open or return through My videos; do not start a replacement task just because you want to check its status.

The site does not promise a fixed generation time. Existing sample durations describe the length of the video, not how long a new generation takes.

When a task is under review

Review means the system does not yet have a reliable final answer from part of the processing chain. It does not mean the task has been canceled or that a refund has already happened. The page avoids displaying a made-up completion percentage for this state and checks less frequently than for ordinary processing.

Return to the original task in My videos to check its status. If it remains unclear, use the contact page and include the task identifier and the time you started. Do not send your password, payment card details or private download links. We do not currently publish a guaranteed review completion time.

A confirmed technical failure

When a technical failure is confirmed, reserved credits are released. That restores generation credit availability; it is different from sending money back to the card used to buy a pack.

For payment refunds, read the refund policy. A creative result you dislike, an uncertain provider response and a confirmed technical failure are different situations. Do not treat one status as proof of another.

Your result versus the template example

The example is a separate, existing video that shows what the template can look like. Selecting your photos does not modify it. A failed or expired task does not become successful because the example can still play elsewhere on the page.

A successful task shows its own result. Review the whole clip for identity, movement, framing and sound before sharing it. AI details can vary, and the examples do not guarantee the same quality for your input.

Save your video before its download expires

Completed outputs have a limited private download window. The current retention setting is seven days; use the actual download deadline displayed on the successful task. Download and save a copy while it is available. A history entry can remain after its output is no longer downloadable.

Clicking Download starts a download request. It does not prove that your browser saved the complete file. Check your device's downloads and open the file yourself. Once a result has expired, do not assume that reloading the page can restore the file.

Buying credits does not start a task

The payment return page checks the order status. A payment is credited only after the server verifies the provider's receipt; simply returning from Stripe is not payment confirmation. After a purchase, return to your selected template, review the photos and start generation explicitly when you are ready.
