A few things to know.
How do credits work?
A confirmed technical failure releases reserved credits. An uncertain provider response remains under review without automatic resubmission.
When do credits expire?
Single: credits do not expire. Starter: credits do not expire. Creator: credits do not expire.
What if I need help with a payment?
Payment confirmation comes from Stripe's verified receipt. Returning to the site does not add credits by itself. Check Billing for your order status and read our refund policy before purchasing.
