One-time credit purchases
Credit packs are one-time purchases in US dollars. They do not automatically renew. Each supported video generation uses 100 credits. Purchased credits have no preset expiry; delivered videos have a separate download window shown in your account.
Failed or interrupted tasks
A confirmed technical failure releases reserved credits. A request with an uncertain provider result stays under review rather than being submitted again. Credit release is separate from a refund to your payment method. AI results can vary in likeness, movement, framing and timing.
Requesting a refund
Contact support through our Help and contact page and include your order ID. Refund requests are reviewed individually under applicable law. No fixed approval or refund arrival time is promised. Refunds are sent through the original payment method when approved. Corresponding credits are reversed only after the payment provider confirms a completed refund; pending or failed refunds remain under review.
